A development from our well established Grey Series A/B/C Box and AC Powered 3 Way Splitter, we are proud to present our latest contribution to the world of multiple amplifier use.

Feeds up to four amps (ensure all grounded to AC Power): low impedance outputs allow the use of long cables without loss of tone or signal level.

It is also possible to add different effects pedals between any output of the 4 Way Splitter and an amp input so that only that one amp will receive the effected signal - good for a dedicated delay amp for instance.

Outputs 1, 2, 3 and 4 are floating and will prevent ground loops occurring: please ensure this unit and your amps are connected to a reliable power ground at all times. The gain structire is unity throughout so all outputs are identical in signal level to the input.

The output sockets (T-R-S 1/4") are fully compatible with mono (T-S) jacks so for normal stage use 1/4" mono jack screened cables to feed the amps may be used. A footswitch controls each output and the selected channel is active when the indicator light is on.

As the outputs use T-R-S 1/4" jacks they can be used to drive amps via Mic Tie Lines or balanced multicore cable runs for studio applications using the appropriate T-R-S/XLR and XLR/mono jack adapters which are available to order.

This unit is manufactured with an integrated, wide range AC/DC highly stabilized power supply and may be used with no variation in performance as long as the AC supply is within the range -30% to +15% of the voltage marked adjacent to the AC input connecter where the fuse rating us also noted. The fuse may only be accessed when the AC input cable is removed - a square fuse is carried alongside the main one in the "drawer" that can be pried out after removing the AC cable. We recommend the use of the supplied 3 core AC cable or equivalent of longer length as the use of the Earth (Ground) will ensure maximum safety and minimum noise. Before connecting to AC Power please ensure that your local supply voltage matches the rating marked on the unit.
